General Questions

Streets Ahead is a UK property intelligence platform that tracks live market activity across every postcode district in the country. We deliver daily alerts and lead data to two types of customers: estate agents looking to win more instructions, and removal companies looking to reach home movers before they start searching for quotes.

We serve two main customer groups:

1. Estate agents who want to proactively win instructions by receiving daily alerts when properties are withdrawn from the market, prices are reduced, sales fall through, or properties become stuck.

2. Removal companies who want to reach homeowners at the earliest possible stage of their move — the moment their sale is agreed (Sold STC / Under Offer).

Traditional data lists are static — compiled at a point in time and quickly outdated. Streets Ahead delivers fresh, live data every single morning based on what actually happened in the property market the previous day. You're not working from a list that's weeks or months old — you're acting on information that's less than 24 hours old.

Yes. We monitor property activity across all UK postcode districts and can provide data for any area you operate in, from a single postcode district to multiple regions.

For Estate Agents

Your estate agent dashboard includes daily alerts for four key market triggers in your chosen postcode districts:

Withdrawn listings: properties pulled from the market, often signalling vendor frustration or agent dissatisfaction.
Price reductions: listings where the asking price has been lowered, indicating unmet expectations.
Fallen-through sales: properties where a sale agreed has subsequently collapsed.
Stuck properties: listings that have been on the market for an extended period without a sale.

You also get access to our market intelligence overview — average asking prices by property type, time on market, and which agents are winning instructions in your area.

Each trigger event represents a vendor who is likely open to a conversation about switching agents or relisting. The most effective approach is direct mail — sending a personalised letter to the property address within 24 to 48 hours of the trigger event. Our blog contains detailed outreach guides and letter templates for each type of trigger.

You can select as many districts as your subscription covers. During your free trial you receive three districts per branch. After your trial, you can scale to cover your full operating area — as many or as few districts as you need.

Pricing is currently £25 per postcode district per week (reduced from the standard £30 as a limited-time offer). There are no contracts and no minimum term — you can add, remove, or cancel districts at any time with a single email.

Yes. Your estate agent dashboard includes a market intelligence section showing average asking prices by property type, stock levels, days on market, and agent market share in your chosen districts. This is updated daily alongside your lead alerts.

For Removal Companies

Removal companies receive daily lists of property addresses that have just moved from For Sale to Sold STC or Under Offer in their chosen postcode districts. These are the earliest available signals that a homeowner is about to plan a move — weeks before they start searching for removal quotes.

You receive addresses the moment a property is recorded as Sold STC or Under Offer. In the UK, the average time between sale agreed and completion is 12 to 16 weeks — giving you a significant window to make contact, quote, and secure the booking before your competitors even know the property is moving.

The most effective approach is direct mail — a letter or postcard to the property address introducing your services and inviting the homeowner to get in touch for a free, no-obligation survey. Because you're addressing the property rather than a named individual, this is fully GDPR-compliant. Our blog includes a removal company letter template you can adapt for your business.

Yes. You can filter your daily leads by property type (house or flat) and by number of bedrooms. This means you can focus your outreach on the types of properties that are most relevant to your service — for example, larger houses that are more likely to need a professional removal service.

Lead volume depends on how active the market is in your chosen postcode districts and how many districts you select. When you set up your trial, use our area planner tool to see the estimated weekly lead volume for the districts you're interested in. On a 20-district free trial in an active area, you could receive several hundred addresses per week.

After your 14-day free trial, addresses are charged at 25p each. There are no contracts, no minimum spend, and no minimum commitment. You only pay for the addresses you actually receive.

Data & Compliance

Yes, fully. We provide property addresses only — we never supply names, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other personal data. A property address, on its own, is not considered personal data under UK GDPR, as it identifies a location rather than an individual. This means our data can be used for direct mail prospecting without the consent requirements that apply to personal data processing.

Our data is sourced from publicly available UK property listing information and updated daily. We monitor listing status changes across all major property portals and update our records as soon as changes are detected.
